1. Acceptance of conditions: Aayuprashna.live provides astrological consultations to customers based on their birth data against the conditions of this agreement, and by clicking at the “I Have read and agree to the terms and conditions and disclaimer” in the order form, signifies your acceptance of all the conditions of this agreement.
2. Details of forecasts: These consultations are based purely on astrological principles. Since astrology is subject to individual interpretations, Aayuprashna.live does not make any warranties on the accuracy or interpretations, which any one may make of these consultation reports. These consultations therefore have no legal or contractual significance.
3. Right to terminate service: Aayuprashna.live reserves the right to terminate any service and refund any money received without assigning any reason. It also therefore reserves the right to modify, alter or discontinue the service, with or without notice to the customers who may accept the revised terms or opt to take the refund.
4. Mailing of forecasts: You will receive the consultation reports for which the payment is received in advance. The reports will be sent by e-mail as provided by the client, or by voice attachment depending on the customer preference. Aayuprashna.live will not be responsible in any manner for any delay or absence of mail to reach the subscriber.
5. Customer's obligations: As a customer I undertake to maintain complete secrecy of these consultation reports and not to divulge this information to anyone. I indemnify Aayuprashna.live, its owners, officers and employees, harmless or indemnified against any claim or demand including attorney's fees.
Customer hereby agrees that no contractual or legal liability arises against Aayuprashna.live by ordering or making use of these astrological consultations, the use of which is at the sole risk of the client.
Aayuprashna.live expressly disclaims all warranties, implied or contingent, for making use of these consultations, for incurring loss or loss of profit or in any manner. No notice or advice from any customer to Aayuprashna.live will create any liability whatsoever.
1. Cancellation policy: Astrological consultations are in the form of telephonic or video consultations, written reports or voice reports. Once the horoscope is analyzed, even if report is not yet sent, or phone/video consultation completed, there is no scope for cancellation of order.
If the horoscope is already analyzed or the order has been completed, then the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be applicable.
The cancellation of an express order can therefore be allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. The remaining orders (other than express orders) can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
The customer can write an email to orders@Aayuprashna.live giving the order number and ask for cancellation of order subject to the provisions of this cancellation policy.
2. Refund Terms: If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time period of 6 hours or 48 hours, as the case may be, as mentioned in the cancellation policy, then a full refund will be made within 72 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The actual credit of refund in the customer account will depend on the normal time taken by the payment gateway and may range between 3 days to two weeks.

Secrecy of customer information: Aayuprashna.live undertakes to handle the customer profile and the entire data of name, date time and place of birth, address, e-mail, telephone number etc. in complete secrecy and no disclosures will be made to anyone except where it is required to be disclosed by existing or future laws. The birth data will be used solely for the purpose of communicating the consultation reports to the customers only.
2. Customer profile: Primarily the information required for astrological analysis includes the date, time and place of birth. This brief information can be incorporated every time a fresh order is placed by the customer. For that reason we do not provide “Login” facility.
